This charming Portobello di Gallura villa rental is situated within 150 m from the beach of Baja dell´Amore and enjoys a heated pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna. The property consists of the main house and two annexes. The main house features a living area with a TV (Sky TV) with a DVD player and a dining area, a kitchen , two doble bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the amenities one might need for a carefree vacation in Sardinia. There is an American fridge, an espresso coffee machine, an oven, a hob, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, pots, pans and tableware. The first annex has one further double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. The second annex comes with a double bedroom with a bathroom and a laundry area. Outside, there is a panoramic views veranda with a seating area, a gazebo and an al-fresco dining area. There is a heated swimming pool, a Finnish sauna, an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi. The luxury villa in Sardinia benefits from two parking places, WIFI, AC, and a stereo system.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
