The master bedroom features a king-size bed, further two bedrooms have double beds, and the fourth one enjoys twin beds. The entertainment facilities include a widescreen TV, a DVD, a surround-sound system, a PC with high-speed Internet connection and a billiard. The kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, various electric appliances and benefits from an island. Outside, the luxury holiday villa has a heated swimming pool, manicured gardens and a covered al-fresco dining area.

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. The rest is payable one month before arrival together with the security deposit. Minimum stay is one month.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the total amount is non refundable.
