This holiday rental is located in the neighborhood of Poblenou right by the sea. Two of the nicest beaches of the area, Mar Bella and Bogatell are located within a short walk from the building. Poblenou is an upcoming area of Barcelona that hosts a lot of newly opened restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The half-pedestrian heart of the neighborhood is the street of Rambla de Poblenou beloved by the guests of the city and the locals that can be reached in about 2 minutes walking. The famous clubbing area Port Olimpic is situated within a short drive, while the city center with the famous street of las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia is just 10 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15% upon confirmation. For standard rates, the first night will be charged on a credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) 7 days before arrival The balance shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by credit card. For a non-refundable rate, 100% shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit and the first night are non-refundable. In case of cancellation when a non-refundable rate is applied, 100% of the rent will be retained.
