Furnished with a king-size bed, the master bedroom features a terazzo bathtub, a separate rain shower and a JBL Airplay and opens onto the pool terrace. The other two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds and JBL Airplays as well. Their bathrooms have rain showers. Both bedrooms open onto a terrace. The villa boasts an open-plan living-dining area with a TV lounge, a totally-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats up to eight people. Among the cutting-edge devices, you will find a six-camera CCTV system, BOSE Sound System and a LED Light System controlled via iPad or iPhone. The luxury beach villa in Koh Samui benefits from a private pool with a furnished sunbathing deck. The rental property has a private parking space.

Located to the northwest of Koh Samui on a hill hanging over the crystal blue sea, Laem Yai beach is a unique holiday destination. Here you can enjoy the best sunsets and marvel at the tropical islands in the Gulf of Thailand. Laem Yai is a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. Stunning coastline, picturesque setting and almost untouched nature fascinate visitors unlike any other town on the island. Laem Yai is just 30 minutes´ drive from Samui International Airport and overlooks Angthong National Marine Park. Here you will have a great opportunitiy to enjoy kayaking, biking and hiking. This area is quiet, so it would be perfect for a tranquil vacation. You can do swimming and snorkelling whenever you want, as the water here is warm and calm all year long. There are a few local restaurants where you can try traditional Thai food. If you would like to discover the rest of the island, the closest towns are Nathon with its fascinating authentic village atmosphere and old teak Chinese shop-houses and cafes and Maenam. The well-known Bophut lies a bit further.

Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: General cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the weekdays.

Belastingen: Daily rates and extra beds are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax.

Luchthaven Transfer: Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary (one each way). A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless. For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional (or where complimentary transfers not applicable) airport transfers can be booked for US$45 each way.

Beddengoed en Handdoeken: Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
