This luxury holiday villa on Crete was built in 2017. Set in one of the most prestigious areas, Akrotiri, just by Chania, the house enjoys fantastic sea views. The house comprises of two parts. There is the main area and a guest area. The main house sleeps eight. There are four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of them enjoys a hydromassage bathtub, the other ones come with showers. Further on, you will find a fully equipped office area and a laundry room. The first floor of the holiday villa in Crete houses the living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The room opens on a terrace with stunning sea views. There is a guest wc. The entertainment facilities include a 42 inches TV with a USB port, satellite channels, a DVD player, a HIFI stereo system and WIFI throughout the house. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer, a hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a coffee machine, a blender, a kettle, a toaster, kitchenware, cutlery pieces and tableware. There is a wine cellar with a wine list available upon request. Outside, there is a 40 m2 swimming pool with loungers and a shower and an al-fresco dining area. The lower floor enjoys a fully equipped gym, a sauna and a shower. Outside, there is a BBQ area and a parking for three cars. The guest annex of 40 m2 enjoys an independent access and features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The luxury villa is equipped with underfloor cooling and heating system, sound-proof walls (external), centralized AC in all the bedrooms and an alarm.

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The rest is payable two months (2) before arrival. The security deposit shall be left in cash at arrival and will be returned to you upon departure. 

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the total rent is non refundable. A failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests.
