This beautiful luxury villa rental sits by Illa Roja beach. The house dates back to the 60s but it has been totally renovated and enjoys all the modern amenities one might need for a perfect vacation. There is a private heated swimming pool. The villa benefits from osmosis water filtration system and AC in all the bedrooms and the living room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 6 bedrooms and a staff room with a sofa bed, all of them come with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are distributed over 3 floors. The ground floor houses 3 bedrooms. Further on, the upper floor has 3 more bedrooms. All the bedrooms come with king-size beds (or twin beds, upon request). One of them is situated in the tower and boasts a private terrace. Finally, the basement floor has a room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. It can be used for staff or teenagers. The room comes with an independent access from the garden. It can be also reached by the main staircase.

Living areas

The common areas include a lobby, a living room with a seating area and a fireplace and a dining area. It opens on the front terrace and the pool. Further on, there is a small tower room with a dining table. Also, the house has a totally-equipped kitchen. It benefits from underfloor heating. Further on, there is a sauna, a TV room and a home gym. Finally, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

Outdoors

Outdoors, there is a garden with Mediterranean plants and a lawn. The kitchen has direct access to an al-fresco dining area situated on the side of the house. It features a BBQ and a summer kitchen. The front terrace enjoys stunning views over the sea and a heated swimming pool.
