Baan Plai Laem is excellent place to enjoy silence and tranquillity, something that’s becoming harder and harder to find on Koh Samui. Here you won't see large hotels or resorts, no construction cranes. If you want to enjoy natural beauty of a tropical island beach this is a perfect location for you. The sand stretches for 2 km and is white and soft. Thanks to coral reefs water is warm and calm, so it’s great for paddling or swimming, and a bit of snorkeling. You’ll spot the occasional Thai fisherman or visitor passing by, but it’ll seem like your own private beach. This place is perfect for relaxation and if it all becomes too private and peaceful, you can reach the bustling area of Chaweng in fifteen minutes or Bophut in ten. Both of them have a big variety of restaurant, bars and active nightlife. There are some local shops selling basic necessities within walking distance. A hardly longer walk will take you to a few bars and restaurants. There you can get the best seafood at the cheapest prices. As the sea is pretty shallow in this area, there are no jet skis and motorboats around, so the area stays quiet all day. It is a great place for sunbathing and reading.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
