The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together as a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed and a writing desk. Both bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs with shower faucets. The living room features a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and WIFI and a dining area and opens on the 30 m2 terrace. It benefits from beautiful sea and city views and has some pieces of lounge furniture. The kitchen is totally equipped for a mid term stay. It has a small breakfast area, a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, various utensils, pots and pans. In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 20% via credit card plus 30% via bank transfer (50% in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
