Een onvergetelijke ervaring: verblijven in een charmant 17e eeuws huis in Barcelona. Dit unieke twee slaapkamer appartement heeft veel historie. Het is gerenoveerd in 2009 door een architect die de oude materialen terug heeft laten komen in het nieuwe ontwerp, wat het appartement erg uniek maakt. Er zijn prachtige hoge plafonds van 4 meter met houten balken, stenen muren en mozaiek tegels. De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen regendouche. Deze douche heeft veel historie in zich omdat de muren worden bedekt met een 100 jaar oude houten deur. De andere slaapkamer heeft nog de authentieke tegelvloer welke zeer uniek is. Er is nog een extra badkamer die apart is doordat de douche gebouwd is in de oude ingang van het appartement. Het appartement beschikt over een volledig ingerichte keuken met afwasmachine, wijnkoelsysteem en andere apparatuur van de hoogste standaard. Er is ook een aparte eetkamer waar de Le Corbusier tafel plaats biedt aan 6 mensen. Daarnaast is er nog een woonkamer met een hoekbank en een TV.

Het heeft vele kleine straatjes, verborgen plekken, winkels van alle soorten en internationale etnische mix van bewoners en bezoekers, geeft u een compleet beeld van het levendige verleden en heden van deze prachtige stad. Daarnaast is de middeleeuwse structuur vrijwel nog intact. Er zijn honderden bars, restaurants, unieke boetiekjes, galeries, musea, parken en theaters. El Borne een prachtige wijk die straalt van schoonheid en magie overal waar je kijkt uit. Additional Information

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable, plus additional 10% shall be paid. In case of force majeure situation (disease or accident), the Owner keeps the additional 10% paid for some other dates (subject to availability).
