Within a short walk from the beach, this luxury vacation villa rental Marbella enjoys five-star facilities of a resort including a reception, a beach club, a gym, a spa, a kids´ club and a restaurant. There are various restaurants located within a walking distance. The villa covers 1047 m2 and enjoys five bedrooms. Three of them are fitted with king-size beds while the other two enjoy twin beds. Two further beds or a bed and a cot can be added for children upon request. All the bedrooms benefit form en-suite bathrooms. Two of them come with a bathtub and a shower, the other ones are outfitted with showers. One of the bedrooms with a king-size bed is situated on the ground floor, three further bedrooms are on the first floor and the last one, with twin beds, is on the lower floor. The luxury villa rental Marbella boasts a cozy living-dining room with a seating and a dining table. It opens onto the terrace with a chill-out area and an al-fresco dining and the swimming pool. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a hob, a coffee maker, an oven, a dishwasher, tableware, pots and pans. There is a breakfast bar. The lower floor houses an entertainment area with a cinema and an English billiard. a private gym with a treadmill, a bicycle and a multifunctional trainer. The same floor has a spa area with a sauna, a massage table and a shower.

Costa del Sol Airport can be reached in 40 minutes while a trip to the town of Malaga itself will take you about 50 minutes.

Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: General daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms is included.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. 
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
