This villa rental with pool sits just next to the beach of Rio Verde on the famous Golden Mile. Also, it is within walking distance to the beach, several restaurants and cafes and short distance to several shops, Puerto Banus and Marbella. It enjoys AC, alarm, gym, BBQ, lovely rooftop terrace with views and a small private garden. The house has 434 m2, it is distributed over 3 floors plus the rooftop terrace. It sleeps up to 8 people.
Basement floor
This level comes with floor-to-ceiling windows and an English patio. It houses a bedroom, a lounge area, a cinema room and a private home gym. Further on, the same floor houses a staff kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, sink, small stove with laundry facilities (washing machine and a dryer). There is a lift connecting all the floors.
Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Ground floor
This floor houses the sitting room with an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for 8. The kitchen enjoys a dishwasher, a fridge, a sink, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware.
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, bathroom with a shower.
There is a terrace with a sitting and coffee tables.
First floor
The upper floor houses 2 further bedrooms. One of them is the master suite.

This terrace house a lounge area, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, a dining table with a BBQ for 10, an outdoor kitchen (sink, fridge).

The villa enjoys a private heated swimming pool (heating is not included, please, enquire) of around 21 m2, a sunbathing area and a sitting area with sofas and coffee tables. Also, there are hammocks. The house features 2 outdoor parking spaces. There is a possibility to have 2 indoor parking spaces upon request and subject to the property approval.

Sitting in the heart of the Golden Mile just above Rio Verde beach, this house has it all handy. The first restaurant and the beach are just 5 minutes away. There is a grocery shop around 6 minutes´ walk away and a big supermarket and shopping mall are just 7 minutes drive away in Puerto Banus. The supermarket offers a wide range of international fresh and canned foods. The shopping mall features corners of world-known brands. Further on, more luxury shops can be found in Puerto Banus marina.
The house is just a stone´ s throw away from the most popular spots or Marbella - Puente Romano and Marbella Club hotel.
Marbella centre is just 6 minutes´ drive away. Featuring small narrow white-painted streets, it enjoys a lot of cozy cafes and restaurants.
Malaga airport is around 38 minutes´ drive away, Malaga town can be reached in about 55 minutes by car.

Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: Daily cleaning is included for stays of 1-4 weeks.
Belastingen: All the taxes are included.
Huur kosten: Reasonable electricity, water and Internet are included. Pool heating is NOT included, please, enquire.

Laatste Schoonmaak: Final cleaning is included shall the houses be left in reasonable state.
Anderen: The guests will have to sign a lodging agreement and provide ALL the passports no later than 1 week before arrival to be registered in the competent authorities. Shall they miss this point, they will be charged 25 EUR per person for the papers collecting at arrival.

Changeover day is flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival along with the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 12 weeks before arrival, 15% is non refundable.
In case of cancellation between 12 weeks and 1 month before arrival, 50% will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
