Luxury Holiday Villas Alps : Located in Chosalets, not far from the cable car to Les Grands Montets, and by a cross-country ski trail and path leading to Argentiere, this luxury chalet in the Alps is perfect for a family stay. With its winter sports area situated between 1200 and 1290 m elevations, the place is ideal for ski holidays of beginners and children. The chalet sleeps eight. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with queen-size bed, the third one has two bunk beds. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a wc, the other one enjoys a shower and a wc. The ski chalet in the Alps features two separate toilets, one per floor. The entertainment facilities include books, foosball, table tennis, TV with international channels and a stereo system. The dining room offers a seating for 10, the kitchen is fitted with a hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a raclette machine, cutlery, kitchenware and tableware.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
