This beautiful Bordeaux beachfront villa is situated in a small town benefiting form all first need facilities for a great vacation in France. Ideal for a family holiday or a friends´wellness trip and situated within an easy drive from various Bordeaux vineyards, the property sleeps 15 people. There are eight bedrooms, all come with bathrooms. The ground floor has a bedroom with a queen-size bed opening on a loggia and the garden. The bed is electrically adjustable and can be split into two singles. The room comes with a spacious wheel-chair accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower. The same level enjoys a separate studio of 30 m2 with a private kitchenette and a queen-size bed that can be split into twins. It opens on the villa backyard and the pool. There is WIFI, TV and a safe box. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom of this level covers 20 m2 and has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a portable AC unit. The latter two bedrooms have lower ceilings than the rest of the units of the villa. The first floor enjoys a suite of 80 m2 with tall French windows overlooking the pool and the garden. The room enjoys a king-size bed, AC, WIFI, a TV and a safe box. It has a vaulted loggia and a private terrace. The bathroom is fitted with Philippe Starck pieces and has a walk-in rain shower with massage jets and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Another bedroom on this floor benefits from a direct access to a vaulted loggia, AC, safe box and a fireplace. There is a king-size bed that can be split into twin beds upon request. The third bedroom of the first floor is outfitted with a king-size bed that can also be split into twins upon request and has WIFI and AC. Its bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. Further sleeping facilities are located on the second and third levels. There is one bedroom with 40 m2 of floors enjoying a 360 degrees sea-and-area views and a king-size bed. The bathroom boasts a bathtub benefiting from lovely view, a walk-in shower and Philippe Starck´s pieces. There is WIFI, TV with satellite channels and a Sonos player. The room is fitted with AC and a safe box. The last room is an attic with a king-size bed, AC, TV with satellite channels, WIFI and a safe box. All the bathrooms are stocked with Caudalie toiletrie, bathrobes and slippers. The common areas include a living room with a sitting area and Home cinema, a, English-style library, a games area with a baby foot table, an office with a fax and a printer, a meeting room, a dining room and a kitchen.
