Luxury Villas Provence : Set on an elevated terrain of more than 10 000 sq.m right within the Golden Triangle of the beautiful Provence, just next to the Gordes village, this traditional Provencal thick-walled house has it all for a quiet and comfortable stay. It has been designed in pale, sober colours such as beige, olive, sienna, oatmeal with the use of the noble materials dominated by the wood, limestone and wrought iron. The house is surrounded by lovely manicured gardens with flowers and aromatic herbs, olive, fruit and cypress trees and offers its guests magnificent views over the Luberón valley, being just within five minutes´ drive from various high-end restaurants and local grocery shops. The pooled terrace facing the south will be the perfect spot to sunbathe and relax after the hard-working city time. Being a perfect place for a group of friends or a family, this luxury villa sleeps up to 10 people. There are five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with great posturepedic mattresses that will make you sleep like a baby. The master bedroom accesses the terrace. The ground floor comprises a reception room with a winding staircase, a spacious living room overlooking the pooled terrace and the valley and two ensuite bedrooms both with a bathtub and a shower. One of them is outfitted with twin beds, the other one, the master bedroom, is fitted with a king-size bed. The living room is simultaneously ample and cozy and benefits from a great fireplace and features a TV with satellite channels, a CD Stereo and a recessed lights system. A dining room with a big wooden table is adjacent to the living room. The house boasts a first-class kitchen, perfectly equipped for a carefree vacation. There is a big fridge, a freezer and an ice-maker, a dishwasher, a six-burners hob, an oven, several kitchen tops and a complete set of tableware and kitchenware. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer located next to the kitchen. The further sleeping facilities, three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of them has a king-size bed; its bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with twin beds and a bathtub with a shower faucet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed; it accesses a bathroom with a shower. The first floor features a sitting room with a games area, a TV area and small, primarily English-speaking, library. The outside terrace is furnished with loungers set around the pool (5 x 10 m; 1,5 m depth; has steps).
