Cyclades Luxury Accommodation: Set in one of the best areas of Mykonos, Agios Ioannis, this magnificent holiday villa with a private pool enjoys unforgettable views over Delos and the Aegean Sea. Spacious, with its 458 sq.m, located in a gated residential area featuring an alarm system, within a short walking distance to a beach, it wil become a perfect solution for a family vacation. The house sleeps up to 16 people. On the upper level, there is an ensuite master bedroom benefiting from panormic sea views and a private terrace  with a sitting area and an al-fresco dining. The middle level houses the living-dining room, while the lower level is home to the sleeping area. You will find seven ensuite bedrooms there, four of them boast private garden patios and enjoys gorgeous sea views. The bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds that can be converted into twins upon request. A studio used by live-in staff is set on the same floor. Outside, a pergola-covered parking and several lounge areas including an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ and a pool area featuring a pool bar and a pool shower are situated. The covered parking area has space for three cars, four other cars can be parked on the side. The pool is 10 x 5 m. For you not to experience energy cuts, there is a generator.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 2 moths before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than two months before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
