Greece Vacation Villas : This private villa with a pool is located on the south-eastern coast of Mykonos, within a short walking distance to Lia beach featuring a scuba diving school, lounge areas with sunbeds and umbrellas and a restaurant. Two other pristine beaches, Tsagari and Fragia, are situated within a short walking distance and are accessible by a narrow footpath. Design in the typical Cyclades style with its cubic white structures and minimalism, the house enjoys all the modern facilities a demanding traveller would need. The luxury villa sleeps up to eight people. There are four bedrooms, all come with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Three of the bedrooms have sea and pool views. The fourth bedroom is an independent studio. Three bedrooms enjoy king-size beds that can be converted into twins, while the fourth one has two single beds. There is a viing-dining room and a totally equipped kitchen where you will find a fridge and a freezer, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and many other utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces. Among the entertainment facilities, there is a stereo system, TVs with international channels and wifi. For your comfort, the house is equipped with an alarm system, AC, heating. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool of 12 x 5 m with a lounge area, a parking area for four cars and an al-fresco dining area.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 2 moths before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than two months before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
