This holiday rental on Mykonos, Greece, enjoys stunning sea views. The property is distributed over three floors. The first one houses three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All of them feature AC, balconies overlooking the sea, safe boxes, TV with CD players. The second floor hosts the main entrance, the pool with a solarium area, a bar, a BBQ, an al-fresco dining area, a living room and a kitchen. The living room benefits form a seating area with satellite TV and a CD-DVD player. The kitchen is totally-equipped and has a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven, a hob, kitchenware, cutlery and tableware among others. The same floor has three further bedrooms. All come with a private bathrooms and are equipped with AC. The third floor has the rest of the sleeping facilities. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms share a furnished terrace. Both are equipped with AC, TV with CD players and safe boxes. The villa belongs to a complex featuring a tennis and a gym accessible only by the guests of the villas (there are seven of them in total).

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
