Luxury Rental House Florence : This luxury villa is situated at Vicchio in the province of Florence and can house up to 18 people. When you arrive in front of the house you will see that the main entrance is a staircase with ten steps. Inside this beautiful house there is a billiard room, a TV room with fireplace, two living rooms with fireplace, one with access to large terrace to the rear of the villa, a dining room, a large kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom on two levels, marble columns, bath with fountain, a double sink and shower. There is another double room with private bathroom in the English style with jetted bathtubs, a large master bedroom with fireplace, sitting room, cloakroom and bathroom with seat-in shower. If you take a stone spiral staircase from the room you will get to the tower of two floors. On the first floor there is a spacious relaxation room. The second summit of the tower has beautiful panoramic windows on four sides and comprises three bedrooms, one of them with a dressing and all with private bathroom. Above the spa, in the building next to the villa, there are two bedrooms and a third is placed in the body of the villa on the first floor, but with external access from the terrace to the rear. These three rooms have two queen size beds and a bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. This wonderful property has an enclosed park by the ancient walls shaded by century-old cedars, a garden with a fenced swimming pool (17,5m x 13,5m) and outdoor areas. Also you will enjoy amanities like the Wi-Fi connection, telephone, safe, air conditioning, under floor heating, small consecrated chapel, spa with Turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage room and a relaxation room.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
