Benefiting from sea views and AC in all the rooms, the property sleeps 8 or 10 people. There are four guest bedrooms and one staff bedroom. All the bedrooms come with private bathrooms. The common areas include a living-dining room and a totally equipped kitchen. It features a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, pots and pans, utensils and tableware. Outside, there is a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area and loungers and a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. The entertainment facilities of the luxury villa Costa Smeralda include a TV and a DVD, WIFI,  ping pong table (upon request and subject to availability). Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
