This beautiful beach villa in Sardinia enjoys stunning location and views. Situated right in front of the sea, it benefits from a private beach. The gated garden of about 7000 m2 features a private heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a BBQ with an al-fresco dining area, several chill-out terraces including a solarium and a parking for five vehicles. The Sardinia luxury villa sleeps 10. There are four bedrooms, all come with twin beds and enjoy TV, sea views, mosquito nets and direct access to the garden. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with XL showers. The fifth bedroom is a good option as a kids´room or a service room. It has an independent entrance and two single beds. It bathroom is fitted with a shower. This room has no AC. The common areas include a spacious living room, a dining area and totally equipped kitchen. Among the entertainment facilities you will find WIFI, TV with Soundbar audio system and satellite channels, DVD and iPhone speakers. There is a phone and a printer. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer, a microwave, an oven, a hob, an espresso coffee machine, a food processor with a centrifuge, a mixer, a kneading machine, a dishwasher, pots and pans and tableware. For laundry, there is a washing machine.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
