Recently renovated and tastefully furnished now it's a perfect combination of the canonical and modern elements. This splendid farmhouse enjoys fantastic views and sleeps eight people. Surrounded by astonishing nature and meticulously landscaped gardens, this luxury rental house features a swimming pool (13 x 4 m), a dressing room and a barbecue area. On the ground floor there is an airy living room with fireplace and accesses on the garden, dining area with table for 12 people and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. On the same floor you will also find a laundry with washing-machine, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom that can be made as a twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower. If you go upstairs you will see a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks and access to the panoramic terrace. Outside you will find furnished relax area, a pergola with barbecue and table for 12 people and a swimming pool (14 x 4 m). This fabulous property offers your magnificent views over the mountains. Well-designed for a relaxing vacation, the house is surrounded by a nice garden where you can enjoy tranquility of rural getaway.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
