Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa features 6 bedrooms, all of them are en-suite. Two of them enjoy a double four-poster bed, a writing desk and a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The 3d one sits on the ground floor. It benefits from a whirlpool tub, a hydro sauna, a safe and a small terrace. The 4th one comes with the same amenities but its sits on the first floor. Further on, the master bedroom is also located on the first floor. It comes with a king-size bed, a large whirlpool tub, TV, fireplace and a safe box. All the rooms have AC, minibar and WIFI. Finally, the 6th bedroom enjoys a double bed and a small sitting area. It features a large Jacuzzi, a fireplace, a TV and a safe box. 

Living areas

The common areas include a sitting room with a fireplace, a traditional kitchen with a dining area. Then, there is another sitting room opening on the pool. Also, there is a breakfast veranda with several tables offering lovely views on the estate and the Tuscany countryside. Both are couple of steps away form the house.

Outdoors

Outside, there is a private swimming pool of 15 x 7 m with a sunbathing area. The property boasts a manicured garden and lawns, olive trees and vineyards. There are 6 parking spots.

This fine country house is located in the area of Siena, within a very short drive from Montepulciano. Part of Tuscany, a land between the Apennines to the Tyrrhenian Sea, this area enjoys unbelievably beautiful landscapes. Above that, Tuscany houses some of the most charming movie-like villages of Italy. Seven Tuscan spots got to be World Heritage Sites: the historic centre of Florence; the historical centre of Siena; the square of the Cathedral of Pisa; the historical centre of San Gimignano; the historical centre of Pienza; the Val d' Orcia, and Medici Villas and Gardens.

The region is the birthplace of several wines including Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Morellino di Scansano and Brunello di Montalcino. And the local cuisine is just legendary. The only problem with Tuscany is to chose where to start your journey and how to end it.

The hot springs of Bagno Vignoli sits around half an hour drive away, while a bigger town of Siena can be reached in about 1 h drive. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent.
One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
