Holiday Villas Italy: Located within a short drive from Cortona, Tuscany, this totally renovated vacation home with a pool enjoys all the modern facilities a comfortable house shall have. There are four bedrooms, three of which are located in the main building. The last one is situated in an annex. The ground floor of the main house comprises a living room with a TV area, a dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom with a shower. The sleeping facilities are located upstairs. There are two bedrooms fitted with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together upon request. The floor houses two bathrooms equipped with showers. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room. Further sleeping facilities are located in the annex. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a TV, a sitting room, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside, the property boasts two pools, two furnished lounge terraces, two al-fresco dining areas (one for each building) and a beautiful garden.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday, flexible out of high season.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit shall be brought in cash and will be refunded to you by bank within one week after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
