This Marrakech vacation villa enjoys a swimming pool and a big garden. Ideal for a family holiday it sleeps up to 16 guests. The main house of this Marrakech luxury villa features five bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, another bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while further two rooms have twin beds. All of them come with en-suite Moroccan traditional bathrooms. The fifth one is perfect for children as it comes off one of the double bedrooms and has a bunk bed for two. Further three bedrooms are located in the garden suites. All of them are outfitted with twin beds that can be pushed together upon request. The common areas include a Moroccan living room and another sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen and a spacious atrium from which all the rooms lead. Outside, there is a terrace with a dining area and lounge, a 18-m heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a petanque court and a hammam.

Laatste Schoonmaak: Final cleaning is included.

Anderen: Two grocery shops a week (pre-stock and mid week) are included. Cost of food and drinks is not included and shall be paid against the bill on the spot.

Check-in after 15:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

The reservation deposit for the property is 60% payable in two steps (20% and 40%). The rest together with the security deposit against possible damages is payable no later than 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 45 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival or less, the total rent will be detained. All the cancellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the amounts due on time is considered to be a cancellation done by the Tenant.
