Located in a private estate by Marrakech shared by only three vacation villa rentals, this charming property benefits from total privacy, a 12,8 m swimming pool and a garden of 5000 m2. Eclectic, the villa boasts many traditional pieces found at souks, local markets, including the wooden doors, antique lamps and pots and rugs. It sleeps up to six people. There are three bedrooms, all come with private bathroom, terraces and fireplaces. Two bedrooms enjoys private plunge pools lit at night and large daybeds. The luxury villa rental in Marrakech has a living room and a sitting room with a fireplace and a dining area. Among the entertainment facilities you will find a projector for DVD and TV news channels, a stereo system and WIFI. The property enjoys a Berber tent with lounge area inside that will be perfect for some refreshing drinks. Its central square called Jemaa el-Fnaa located in a 12 minutes´drive is the meeting place for the local residents as well as snake charmers, palm readers, acrobats and story tellers. At night, the place converts into the biggest BBQ place of the city. The beautiful Majorelle Garden beloved by Yves Saint Laurent is situated in an 18 minutes´drive. Those wishing to bring something characteristic from Marrakech shall definitely visit its souks for the traditional craft works, rugs, argan oil and aromatic oils.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

The reservation deposit for the property is 40% payable in two steps (20% and 20%). The rest together with the security deposit against damages is payable no later than one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellations less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent is detained. All the cancellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
