There is a small balcony and a totally-equipped modern kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, utensils and cutlery, toaster, coffee-maker, a hob, a kettle and a microwave. You will always feel secure here, as the building is equipped with a intercom door security system. The place has AC and heating systems. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
