Luxury Holiday Rentals Barcelona : This great penthouse is located next to Paseo de Gracia, close to Sagrada Familia, within a hosting complex. From its terrace you can enjoy the marvellous views of Barcelona. The place can house 4 people. It is located in a building with a lift. There are 2 impeccably-furnished design bedrooms, one of them has a king-size bed, the other one has a queen-size bed. One of them can be easily convereted in a working area. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub. Not many places can give you the option of looking out over the Tibidabo Mountain whilst you soak in a tub, using the high-end luxury products prepared for you. Alternatively, you can take a quick shower and feel very fresh, as there is also a shower apart in the bathroom. You will find bathrobes and hairdryer there. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a coffee-maker and a hob where you will be able to warm up the food. Next to it there is a dining area thought for 4 people. The apartment has a private furnished terrace with stunning views of Barcelona, where you will be able to relax. If you feel it is too hot outside, go to the air-conditioned living room with two lounge sofas and a smart TV, music system, magazines, books and an iPod Docking station. Relax, close your eyes, let your trusty imagination do the work.

Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation more than 5 days before arrival, 20% of the total rent is not refundable.
