Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. The balance shall be paid monthly.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
