Luxury Rentals Barcelona : You have a great chance to see the other face of Barcelona, staying at a marvellous apartment located in el Borne, one of the most authentic districts of the city, in the building of the XVII century that was a palace in the past. It is a brand-new place, as the apartment was renovated in 2012. The special attention was paid to the materials quality and the design, that you can mentioned looking through the pictures: noble colours, perfect fabrics and luxuroius furniture including a piano of the beginning of the XX century. Don't suppose you will be disturbed by the noise coming from ouside, as there are double-glass soundproof windows. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. In the master bedroom you will see two absolutely unique night tables designed with the originl hydraulic tiles of the apartment. Moreover, it has a spacious lounge area with a sofa. You will always remember the design of both bathrooms as they are far from being standard. One of them has a rock basin and is decorated with the stones. Feel yourself a chef cooking at the totally-equipped kitchen where you can find all the electrical appliances. In the living room there is a big chair next to the fireplace and a table suitable for 6 people. A great design right in the heart of the city. Don't lose your chance.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable, plus additional 10% shall be paid. In case of force majeure situation (disease or accident), the Owner keeps the additional 10% paid for some other dates (subject to availability).
