This beautiful restored house for rent sits by Barcelona in a village called Alella. It enjoys a private swimming pool with salt water, AC, lift and WIFI. The beach is about 7 minutes drive away, while Barcelona with its vivid life is about 20 minutes away. The property enjoys 7000 m2 of land. It sleeps 10 people in 5 en-suite bedrooms.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All the bedrooms are fitted with twin beds that can be pushed together to make king-size beds, TVs. All the rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, 4 of them enjoys showers. While the 5th one comes with a shower and a bathtub. In addition, 3 bedrooms boast small lounge areas.
Living areas
The common areas of the Barcelona private villa include a vaulted living room with two sitting areas and a breakfast area, a dining room and a kitchen. The dining room features a big table for 12 - 14 people. The breakfast areas has a small table for 6 people. Further on, the kitchen enjoys all the modern amenities you might need. There is a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge, utensils, pots and pans.
Outdoors
The villa benefits from a private swimming pool with salt water, a BBQ with an al-fresco dining area for 20 people, several lounge and tea areas. There is a parking for up to 7 vehicles.
