Holiday Apartments Costa Brava: This nice townhouse is located on a quiet street in Parlava, the Baix Empordà. It has a furnished terrace, a shared pool and a private BBQ. The vacation home has three bedrooms and a loft. All in all, there is a suite with a queen-size bed and a private terrace, two separate bedrooms and a large loft with a private terrace with two a trundle bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a bay window, through which you access the private terrace with a barbecue. A fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room is located on the same floor, as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer and various utensils and kitchenware pieces. The sleeping area is set on the first floor. You will find there the master bedroom. It is very spacious and enjoys a direct access to the furnished balcony, has wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom overlooks the patio area and has a king-size bed and the third bedroom is outfitted with a bunk bed and will become a great option for children. These two rooms share a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a shower head. The attic has a trundle bed and benefits from a direct access to the solarium and a stereo system. The townhouse is fitted with a general AC system, the upper floor enjoys the AC units. There is a street parking for one car in front of the building.

Parlavà is a small, quiet village in a natural environment of the region of Baix Empordà, and the beaches of the Costa Brava are located just 15 kms away. It is a very quiet town of about 400 people surrounded by fields, forests and small rural roads. Having a car is the most convenient option for getting around the area, but there is also the possibility of using the public bus system. We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deepsea fishing. Go horseriding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Belastingen: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Only cancellations done in written by email are considered to be valid. A change of dates is considered to be a new booking. In this case standard cancellation policy enters into force. In case of cancellation the first part of the reservation deposit (15%) is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than 30 days but more than 8 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less, 100% of the rent shall be paid.
