This modern villa sits only 1,5 km away from the beach and town of Tamariu. Enjoying lovely sea views, the house benefits from a serene location that makes it a perfect place for a family vacation. Begur, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugelll, pals and many other sought-after villages of Costa Brava are within an easy reach from the house. The property sleeps 8 people.

This level houses the parking area and an entrance hall.
First floor
You will find the sleeping area here. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite bathroom with a small tub with a shower faucet, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 2: double bed, bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 3, access to a terrace.

This level enjoys plenty of natural light. It houses a sitting area, a totally equipped kitchen with a dining area and guest WC.

The sitting room opens on a terrace featuring a pool and a chill-out area. Further on, the dining area opens on another terrace with a an al-fresco dining table and BBQ.
There are several garden areas on different levels. It is a rocky terrain, its terraces are connected by stairs, the children must be supervised at all times.
