Ideal for a family, this vacation villa with a pool in Costa Brava is located not far from S´Agaró and Platja d´Aró and their beaches. Totally renovated and set on a huge plot within a golf course, the luxury house for rent in Catalonia offers privacy and serenity to its guests and has an easy access to all the modern facilities one might need for a carefree stay. The property comprises the main house, two annexes, a pool house and a gardener´s house distributed over 1100 m2 in total and caters up to 16 guests. The first annex is located by the main house, while the other one is set across the courtyard. There are eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The main house has four bedrooms. Two of them enjoy double beds, the other two have twin beds. All four bedrooms feature TV and private bathrooms equipped with showers. Each annex comprises two suites with TV and private bathrooms. Among the common areas, there is a spacious living room with a TV area, a dining room, a home cinema room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with plenty of cooking tops, an oven, a hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, various utensils, kitchenware and tableware pieces.Further sleeping facilities are located in the annexes. The first annex enjoys a king-size bed and twin beds. The other annex has a bedroom with a king-size bed and another one with a double bed. All the bathrooms are fitted with showers. The bedrooms of the second annex are interconnected but the door between them can be locked. The property boasts a private pool, a home gym, a games room for children, a sauna and a pool house with a terrace, a kitchenette and al-fresco dining area.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
