Situated just 800 m from Tamariu beach and the town centre, benefiting from an elevated position, the villa is perfect for a family or several couples. It has around 265m2 of floors and approximately 3533m2 of the plot. There are solar panels and rainwater reuse system along with the smart house facilities and a private swimming pool. The house is distributed over 2 levels.

Lower floor
This level houses the living room with a sitting area and a dining area. The room opens on the garden and the pool. Further on, there is a a totally equipped kitchen with a pantry area. The kitchen opens on the BBQ terrace.
The same floor houses 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds, trundle bed, sleeping 4 in total, wardrobe, access to the garden.

Situated just around 800 m from Tamariu beach and town centre, the house is perfect for those looking for everything to be close during the vacation. Perfectly nestled, with stunning hill views and very close to shops, restaurants and bigger towns of the area.
For the first need grocery, you shall head to Tamariu, while for bigger grocery, there is Palafrugell offering various supermarkets. Among them you will find an organic foods one with a wire variety of canned and dry foods, as well as meats and dairy products.
The famous and chic Begur is only 15 minutes drive away and the charming fisherman Llafranc is about 10 minutes´ drive away.
Barcelona centre can be reached in around 1 h 30 minutes by car, the distance to Costa Brava airport is about 50 minutes´ drive away.

Additional Information
Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: Maid services of 4 hours from Monday to Friday are included.
Belastingen: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Huur kosten: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Laatste Schoonmaak: Final cleaning for stays of 7 nights and more is included. For shorter stays, it shall be paid, 100 EUR.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
