It features shops, cafes, restaurants and other essential facilities. With fantastic sea views and cozy terraces, the house is ideal for a carefree vacation in Spain. Distributed over 3 floors connected by a staircase, the property offers several relaxation and entertainment areas.

Ground floor
All the ground floor spaces enjoy access to the garden and offer fantastic sea views. This level houses 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 2: double bed, bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet shared with bedroom 3.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
