Just some minutes´ drive away from one of the most desired areas of Costa Brava, Begur, the home enjoys a privileged location. The home enjoys 7 bedrooms and sleeps up to 16 people. Bedrooms 5,6 and 7 are connected. Two of the bedrooms (6 and 7) have no door in between (just a vault), so this room would be the best option for parents with kids or a group of children/teenagers.

Thanks to the sliding doors, the living room opens directly onto the terrace and offers unforgettable sea views. There is a seating area with sofas, a dining area with sliding doors opening onto the terrace as well and a fully equipped kitchen.
Finally, there is a fitness area with a static bike, some wights and a rowing machine.
Outdoors
The property enjoys a terrace overlooking the sea. It features a small dining table for 4 and a comfortable lounge area. There is a private paddle court lit during the dark hours. The home features an infinity pool. The beach is accessible via a staircase.

Sitting on the shores of Sa Riera Beach, this home features stunning sea views and proximity to the most sought after spots of Costa Brava. Begur is just a stone´ s throw away, it can be reached in only 6 minutes by car. The first bar/cafe sits on the beach itself, the first restaurant is just off the beach, around 8 minutes´ walk away. Further amenities can be found in Begur, Pals and Palafrugell, all three are less than 15 minutes´ drive away. The biggest town is Palafrugell. it houses various services such as fish shops, butchers, shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets including a Bio foods shop.
Begur is known to be one of the most charming towns of Costa brava. With its narrow winding streets lines with cafes and small shops, it gets vivid and illuminated during the warm summer evenings, great for a small drink and good time together out of the property.
Costa Brava airport sits around 50 minutes away. Barcelona centre is around 1 h 40 minutes´ drive away, Barcelona airport can be reached in about 1 h 50 minutes.
