It sits in a small village of Sant Climent de Peralta within a short drive to the most sought-after towns and villages of Costa Brava including Peratallada, Pals and Begur. It boasts sleek sophisticated interiors and manicured outdoor areas with fresh mediterranean looks. The plot is fenced. The house will be great for a small family or 2 couples, it sleeps up to 5 people. There is WIFI, aerothermic heating/cooling and a fireplace.
The cottage enjoys 2 floors of 120 m2 each.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2: French bed (140 x 200 cm), bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 3, terrace overlooking the village.
Bedroom 3: twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king), bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 2.
Living areas
The common areas sit on the ground floor. There is an entrance area, a spacious living room with a seating and a dining area and a kitchen. The latter one is perfectly fit as a vacation home. It enjoys a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, an oven, a citrus squeezer, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. Also, there is a washer and dryer. The same floor houses a guest WC.
Outdoors
The property comes with a private pool, a small al-fresco dining area, a seating and a parking space. There is a BBQ.

This home sits in a small village in the countryside of bait Emporia. Just within a short drive to the sea and all the most sought-after villages like Pals, Begur, Peratallada, this home is an ideal base for the area exploration. The small stoney coquette village of Peratallada can be reached in around 6 minutes by car. It enjoys cozy restaurants and cafes, small narrow streets and holds the charm of Emporda.
There are supermarkets are in La Bisbal d Emporda, the capital of the area. Further on, more shops can be found in Palafrugell.It enjoys a bio foods supermarket offering a wide variety o fresh and canned foods plus a bread shop. The lovely village of Begur is only around 12 minutes´ drive away. Sitting atop of a hill and offering great views from the viewpoints and some delicious restaurants, this village is the place to be in summer.
Barcelona airport is a bit more than one hour and a half away, Girona airport receiving a lot of international flights in summer is around 49 minutes´ drive away.
