The common areas include a living - dining room with a sitting area and a fireplace. The room opens on a terrace with an al-fresco dining area and a summer kitchen. Further on, by the indoor dining area, there is a totally equipped kitchen. It features a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a wine cooler, a toaster, utensils and cutlery. There is a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

The main house enjoys 3 bedrooms. Two of them come with double beds and share a bathroom. It has a shower. Further on, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. All 3 bedrooms enjoys sea views. The 4th bedroom sits in a separate building below the pool area. It has a small lounge area and a bedroom with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower.
