This fantastic Costa Brava seafront villa sits just 30 m away from a sandy beach. Benefiting from sleek interiors, the house offers wonderful sea views and easy access to Tossa de Mar, its shops, cafes and restaurants. The villa sits in a private residential area accessible only to the residents. It features a private swimming pool of 5 x 12 m with Roman steps and a sunbathing area.
Upper floor
The top level houses the main entrance. You will find a parking for 4 cars behind the gate. The ramp down leads to the pool terrace. Further on, a staircase leads down to the first floor.
First floor
This level houses the sleeping area. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, with sea views and balcony.
Bedroom 2: two single beds put together (can be split), with sea views and balcony.
Bedroom 3: king-size bed, with sea views, balcony and walk-in closet. En-suite bathroom with a bath tub.
Bedroom 4: quadruple room with two bunk beds, ideal for kids. Sea views and access to balcony.
Bedroom 5: king-size bed, with sea views and balcony.
Bedroom 6: two single beds put together (can be split).
There are two more bathrooms, each comes with a bath tub.
Lower floor
Then, the lower level houses the common areas. They include a spacious living room benefiting from wonderful sea views, a dining area, a small TV room and a kitchen. The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine, a hob, a fridge, citrus squeezer, toaster, dishwasher, oven, kitchenware and tableware. The dining area and the kitchen open onto an al-fresco dining terrace featuring a BBQ. The house has a washing machine.
The same very floor houses the fourth bathroom with a bathtub.
Outdoors
Walking down the main entrance via a ramp, you will arrive at the pool area. There is a swimming pool of 5 x 12 m with a sunbathing area with loungers and a chill-out area. The terrace enjoys unparalleled sea views.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
