This exclusive villa sits in a privileged location by Camarinal lighthouse in the area of Atlanterra just at the entrance of the Estrecho Natural Park. The famous fisherman village of Zahara de los Atunes with its charming streets, small cafes and restaurants is just 13 minutes´ drive away. The beach is around 4 minutes´ walk away, accessible through the stairs.
The house has around 580m2 and a plot of roughly 2510 m2. There are 3 floors. The house enjoys 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 people. There is AC in all the bedrooms, heated floors throughout, several chill-out areas and many other top-notch facilities.
Lower floor
This level enjoys one bedroom, a small study, a lounge area and pool changing rooms and showers.
Bedroom 1: single bed, en-suite bathroom.
Middle floor
This floor enjoys the common areas. There is a landing area, a guest WC, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The latter one is totally equipped, it enjoys a cooking area and a dining area. Right by, there is a laundry area and a staff quarter with a bedroom and a bathroom. The dining area comes with a great round table and a fireplace. It is separated from the living room with a half-height wall.
The living room opens on a glassed patio ideal for summer dinners.
