This modern villa rental Ibiza sits in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from Ibiza town and d´ en Bossa beach and Ses Figueretes beach. The house enjoys lovely countryside and sea views all the way across Formentera. The villa is built on 3 levels and features a cinema room, a disco, a heated swimming pool, AC throughout, alarm and fantastic outdoor areas. 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa sleeps 10 people. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds plus a guest WC. The main floor and the basement floor house one bedroom each, while the upper floor has further 4 bedrooms including the master bedroom. The sixth bedroom sits in a separate apartment and enjoys 2 single beds. All the rooms come with integrated sound system and enjoy AC, they have wardrobes. The en-suite bathrooms have showers. The master bedroom has a free standing bathtub in the room and super king-size bed of 2 m.

Living areas

The living area benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is located on the ground floor. It includes a comfortable sitting area with a 65 inch plasma smart Apple TV, a surround sound music system connected to a Sonos app. The indoor dining area sits 8 - 10 people. There is a totally equipped open-plan kitchen, a laundry room and a storage.
In addition, there is a gym fitted with some weights, a multifunctional trainer, an elliptical trainer, a stats bicycle and some other equipment.
The cinema has a sitting area and a projector connected to Netflix, Internet and Sonos System. Further on, there is a disco room with a bar with stools, a sound system, darts, a baby foot. 

Outdoors

Thee is a parking that takes 6 cars. The villa features a a private heated pool and a sunbathing area with double sun beds. The al-fresco dining table for 12. There is a park with several chill-out areas, ecological kitchen garden and a running track is being built.

This ultramodern house for rent in Ibiza sits in a residential area right by the Ibiza city. A drive there will take you no more than 5 minutes. The city offers a wide range of businesses and activities. You will find there several supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. 

To arrive in the island, Ibiza airport is only 8 minutes´ drive away, Ibiza port is about 9 minutes´  drive away, while San Antonio port is about 21 minutes´ drive away.

The nearest beach is Ses Figueretes that can be reached in 7 minutes. Further on, the famous D´ en Bossa beach is only 11 minutes away. Some of the top-notch beach clubs and clubs lie within a short drive. Blue Marlin, Pacha and Amnesia Ibiza are less than 15 minutes´ drive away each.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. 
The balance together with the Security deposit are due no later than one month before arrival. The security deposit will be wired back to you within 1 week shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
In case fo cancellation one month before arrival or less, the total rental price will be retained.
