This cozy Ibiza holiday villa is ideal for a family. It sits just 5 minutes away from Cala d´Hort beach housing some fine restaurants. Both Ibiza town and San Antonio are only 20 minutes drive away, while the first well-stocked grocery shop can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The house enjoys a private pool with a sunbathing area and an al-fresco dining.

There is a large washing machine and a dryer. The entertainment facilities include a TV with Sky movies and sports package, stereo, DVD player, books and table tennis.
The house enjoys an indoor dining table for 10.
Outdoors
Outside there are several terraces and an infinity pool of 11 x 4 m (can be gated if there are children). The house enjoys a gas BBQ, daybeds, loungers and an outdoor sound system.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
