Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: Daily cleaning of 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday is included.
Belastingen: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax are included.
Huur kosten: Reasonable electricity and water are included.

Check in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday. All other periods are flexible, upon request.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than one month before arrival together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, if any, shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, early departure or no show, the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
