Luxury Villas Majorca : This fabulous design house is located just within 1,5 km from the beach and enjoys breathtaking sea views. Being set on a plot of 1890 sq.m, the villa faces south-west and sleeps up to 12 people. The luxury villa comprises of six bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, an entrance hall, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a utility room, a wine cellar, a spa area, a cloakroom and a guest toilet. All the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, two of them benefit from futons. All the bathrooms are outfitted with big showers, two of them enjoy bathtubs as well. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a carefree stay. There is a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven, a hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, tableware and kitchenware. The dining room offers the guests a seating for 12. The living room benefits from a fireplace and a bar and features TV with international channels, a stereo system, a DVD player with a video library. The spa area houses a sauna, a big shower, changing rooms, a separate toilet and fitness room. The luxury villa in Majorca boasts a great outside area with a barbecue, a 15-m heated pool, a jacuzzi, an al-fresco dining area with an outdoor kitchen, a beautiful garden and lawn areas.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
