Within walking distance to the famous Puente Romano resort, this stunning modern villa enjoys impeccable living spaces and outdoor areas. Built in 2017, there is a cinema, games room, an outdoor BBQ area, a private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The property covers more than 500 m2 and enjoys a terrain of about 1100 m2. There is a lift.

Living areas
The ground floor houses a double-spaced living room with a sitting area with TV and a fireplace and a dining area with a kitchen. The latter one comes with a breakfast bar/cooking island. It is fitted with all the electric appliances you ll need for a vacation. The room opens on the al-fresco dining area facing the pool. The living area opens on the al-fresco chill-out area also facing the pool.
Downstairs, there is a games room with a snooker table and shuffleboard table and a sitting area.
Outdoors
The house boasts a great rooftop terrace. It features a Jacuzzi, a BBQ and an al-fresco dining table. Also, there is a small solarium area with a couple of loungers.

A trip there will take you around 15 minutes´ walking while by car it will take no more than 5 minutes. Some of the most popular restaurants and cafes are spread around the residential area. They include the sleek El Lobito de Mar, Cipriani, Monkey Club, Alelí, La Leña and others. Also, you will find around several the top notch cafes like Organic market and food, Celicioso and Pan y Mermelada.
Puerto Banus, the famous luxury marina of Marbella, sits around 9 minutes by car. It houses one of te best supermarkets of the area El Corte Ingles. The shop offers international canned and fresh foods, a good wine cellar, fruits and vegetables.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival along with the damage deposit.
