Luxury Villas Pyrenees: Enjoying spectacular views over Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and benefiting from a privileged location within the Real Club de Golf Cerdaña, one of the best golf clubs of Spain, this luxury chalet is a perfect place for a family or group of friends. The house was designed by a famous catalan architect and was completely renovated a couple of years ago. The luxury villa sleeps up to 20 people. Distributed over three levels, it has a lot of space for a big group. The first level houses an entrance hall, a kitchen, two utility rooms, a guest toilet, a landing, a laundry, a cellar, several living rooms and a garage for two vehicles. You will find showboarding, cycling and golf equipment there. The same level features the service area for the house staff. The common areas include a living room with a TV area and a fireplace, an interior dining room boasting wonderful mountain views, another dining room with a library and a fireplace, a games room with two tables and a TV area featuring a Home Cinema, a bar and a fireplace accessible from a terrace with mountain views. The level is home to three terraces and two outside lounges. The sleeping facilities are located on the second level. The first bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, a sitting room with a TV and Home Cinema, a bathroom with a sauna and a bathtub, a dressing room and a private terrace. Four further bedrooms are double, one of them is ensuite, the other ones have three complete bathrooms at their disposal. All the bedrooms open on a terrace overlooking the garden. One of the bathrooms enjoys a shower and a bathtub. The level is home two a games room and a living room with a fireplace. Outside, there is a pool, an al-fresco dining area and a table tennis. Further sleeping facilities are situated on the third level. All the bedrooms are double and enjoys private bathrooms. An additional bathroom with a bathub is set nearby. There is a games room with a babyfoot, a fridge, a billard, a TV, a poker table and a lounge area. Next to it, an office is set. It has two computers and a printer.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
