Luxury Villas San Sebastian : this home sits within around 20 minutes to Donostia town. It offers you a carefree and relaxing stay. The villa sleeps up to 12 people. It is distributed over 400 sq.m. There are six tastefully decorated bedrooms holding two people each. Four bedrooms are fitted with two single beds each, all of them can be laid out as doubles upon request. The other two bedrooms are outfitted with double beds. The villa has five bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three of them are equipped with showers, the other two offer the guests bathtubs with shower faucets. One of the showers has sauna facilities. The house features a totally equipped kitchen with various cutting-edge amenities: two hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, a coffee grinder and a coffee maker, a blender, a dishwasher, a grill, a toaster and different kitchenware and tableware pieces; and a dining area. The luxury villa boasts a sports area with squash, frontenis, Basque pelota, darts and bikes. The living room is divided into an entertainment area with a TV with international channels, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system with a music library, books and toys for children, and a sitting area with a fireplace. Among the outside facilities, you find a BBQ, an outdoor grill, an unscreened porch and other furnished chill-out areas.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
