De verschillende ruimtes zijn tevens uitermate geschikt voor verschillende evenementen zoals: bruiloften, cocktail parties, diners, presentaties, incentives, outdoor trainingen, teambuilding etc. De villa is een magnefiek Catalaans Art Nouveau buitenhuis dat gerestaureerd werd in 1913. In de 16e en 17e eeuw behoorde het huis tot de familie Puig de Xoriguera en later tot de Mironet familie. De villa heeft een a-symmetrische bouwstijl met verschillende verdiepingen en torens die u een panoramisch uitzicht bieden. Het gebouw is geclassificeerd als een beschermd gebouw door de Autonomous Regional Government van Catalunya.

Additional Information

Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: 3 hours daily cleaning is included (bedrooms and general housekeeping). The bedlinen and towels are to be changed every three days.

Belastingen: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% in advance. First, 15% shall be paid via online platform by credit card, then you must make a transfer of 35% more. The balance shall be paid ONE (1) month before arrival together with the Security Deposit, that is to be given back should no damages occur.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
