Distributed over 200 sq.m, it comprises of four bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a terrace, two bathrooms and a separate wc. The luxury apartment is equipped with a TV with a DVD, WIFI and AC. The kitchen facilities include a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle and a juicer. There is kitchenware and tableware. One of the bedrooms is outfitted with a double bed, the others enjoy two single beds each. Both bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs with faucets. The holiday rental in Valencia boasts a private furnished terrace with a lounge area perfect for some summer chillout.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. The safety deposit shall be blocked on the credit card upon arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than ONE month (1) before the arrival date: the total amount shall be paid.
