Luxury Villas Koh Samui : This seaview house with access to a beach is a perfect solution for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Consititing of three pavilions housing five bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a guest toilet, the comfortable holiday rental sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom benefits from a private veranda and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The other bathrooms feature indoor showers. The marble-floored living room offers a seating area for 10 and a TV with international channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is totally equipped with modern Siemens appliances. The house boasts a manicured garden area with a shower, a wc, an open-air lounge fitted with a bar, stereo system, with an iPod dock and enjoying a dining area for 10 people. Located in the centre of the plot, the pool is 0,9 - 1,6 m deep. There is a private parking for one vehicle at the villa entrance.

It is known for its soft white sand and clean water providing good swimming throughout the year. Those who are looking for a serene beach lined by coconut trees will certainly love the delightful stretch of sand here. As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
